WHERE ARE YOU BASED?We are based in Menlo Park, California - but don't think we only shoot wedding's here. We've booked sessions in Portland, New York, Austin, Atlanta, Seattle, and more. We love to meet new clients in person but have also utilized Skype and Facetime to schedule consultations for out of town couples. |
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE?We believe in quality over quantity which means you will receive somewhere between 50-100 photos per hour of coverage. Our main mission is storytelling and creativity so your album is curated to reflect your special day. |
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN SHOOTING WEDDINGS?We have been in business since 2004. In our first year we shot 5 weddings, then 27 the next year. We know what we are doing, with over a decade in the industry and a background in many other photography styles we make sure to bring professionalism and an artistic eye to your wedding. |
WHAT IF I WANT THOSE AWESOME ADVENTUROUS PHOTOS?Just go for it! If you want to climb that waterfall, sneak into that abandoned building, run in the rain, or fly on a small plane, we are game - just remember you may get that dress a little dirty but it will be worth it. |
WHY DO YOU RECOMMEND AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION?We believe that an engagement session helps us get to know each other a little better, gets you familiar with being in front of the camera, and lets you have a little fun before the big day. |
HOW CAN I BOOK YOU FOR MY WEDDING?First send us an inquiry via our contact page. If your date is available we will schedule a consultation to meet with you & your partner to discuss all the wedding details. Once you sign a contract we ask for a 1/3 deposit and then it's time to start planning! |
CAN I SWAP MY ENGAGEMENT SESSION FOR SOMETHING ELSE?You know what - you do you! If you want to swap an engagements session for a bridal session, morning after session, or something else let me know. We will work with you to make sure your package works for you. |
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?Most couples book within 6-12 months in advance. May/October bookings are sometimes even longer than that (its the busiest time for weddings). When you send us an inquiry we will let you know ASAP if we are available. |
DO YOU TRAVEL?Yes. As mentioned above we LOVE to travel. We have quite a few out of state weddings booked for this year. If you're out of state or even out of the country all we ask is that you pay our travel and lodging fees and we'll be there at our normal rate. |
DO YOU OFFER ALBUMS?Great question. You know I believe my favorite image might not be your favorite image so we let couples create their own albums. You can purchase albums directly through your Gallery. These custom designed and high-quality photo albums start at $100 and can have up to 80 pages of images. |
DO YOU SHOOT LGBT WEDDINGS?We do not discriminate and believe love is love. We are happy to shoot any wedding within the LGBT community. |
DO YOU OFFER VIDEOGRAPHY?We are currently in the process of adding a videographer to our staff. But if you are interested in videography send us a message with your contact form and we can get you some referrals. |
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY PHOTOS?Industry standard is 6 weeks - however I've been known to get them to you a little sooner. Your photos will arrive via gallery invite. Through your gallery you will be able to view your images and select your favorites. You can purchase prints as soon as you received your gallery invite; and will receive a USB within two weeks of digital delivery in the mail. |
